  • Tables & chairs available for use (5′ & 6′ rectangular tables and 3′ square tables)
  • Parking in rear of building and adjacent parking lot
  • $250 security deposit required to hold your date
  • $20 per hour cleaning fee if building is not properly cleaned after use
  • A/V & Computer Support available: $10-$20 per hour, depending on level of support
