FCC Class Cancellation Policy
At The Friendly Community Center, we understand that schedules can change. To keep our programs running smoothly and fair for everyone, please review our class cancellation guidelines:
- Member Cancellations
- If you are unable to attend a class, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- This allows us to offer your spot to another participant if the class is full.
- Drop-In And Class Participants
- Fees are non-refundable.
- With at least 24 hours’ notice, your fee may be applied as credit toward another class.
- Bus Trips
*Tickets are non-refundable. You may sell/give your ticket to someone else ( Please notify The FCC of the name of person who will be using your ticket) - FCC Cancellations
- If The FCC cancels a class due to weather, instructor emergency, or low enrollment, members and drop-in participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- Credits or rescheduling options will be offered.
- No-Shows
- If you do not attend a reserved class and have not cancelled in advance, the class will be considered used.
