ALZHEIMER’S CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP
[Free & Open to the Public] 

Is someone you love suffering from Alzheimer’s or another type of dementia? Connect with other caregivers in your community and get the support you need. In partnership by the Alzheimer’s Association of NEPA.

Time: 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 5:30-6:30pm at the Shawnee Ridge Community Center located at: 200 Jersey Lane East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 For more information or to RSVP:

FITNESS PARK 
The FCC is home to The Dottie Hughes Fitness Park – a unique place that allows you to strength train outdoors. Feel free to come work out when it fits YOUR schedule! Park may not be available certain days due to other fitness group usage.

PA MEDI (APPRISE) MEDICARE INSURANCE COUNSELING

A certified Apprise volunteer counselor will answer questions and help you to understand your existing Medicare plan. Receive objective information about Medicare Supplemental and Advantage plans, prescription drug plans, and eligibility to get extra help with medical insurance costs. This program is provided by the Monroe Area Agency on Aging and volunteers.

RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE AT THE FCC

WW FREESTYLE
Learn healthy eating habits, how fitness can increase your wellness journey and how to get on track to a healthy you.

Time: Mondays from 5:30PM -6:15PM

POUND FIT
A group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix™, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session!

ZUMBA®
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
