HEALING SOUNDS-CRYSTAL BOWL SOUNDBATH AT THE FCC
Quartz crystal singing bowls are played. Each one tuned to a chakra energy center where sound nourishes and stimulates the many systems of the body. Stretch out on a mat or sit in a chair and allow the sound to flow energetically through you. Imagine laying perfectly still completely relaxed, while all the water content of the body is doing a shimmy to the resonance of the gong.
