BARRETT BIRDING CLUB AT BARC- Room #30*
If you enjoy birds, join for monthly meetings of the BBC at The FCC. Meetings will include informational programs, discussion of birds and seasonal birding opportunities, including walks and other birding activities throughout the year.

DANCE & MOVEMENT AT BARC
A gentle, seated exercise class designed to support individuals with chronic conditions such as Parkinson’s, Dementia, arthritis, fibromyalgia, balance challenges, and other movement difficulties. This specialized program incorporates dance-inspired movements, rhythm, and stretching to enhance flexibility, coordination, and muscle memory. By engaging the senses—sight, sound, and touch—participants can improve balance, focus, and overall well-being in a supportive and uplifting environment.

DEMENTIA CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP AT BARC 1200 Route 390 Cresco PA 18326
The Dementia Support Group is for people who are caring for people living with dementia. Caregivers can share caregiving experiences and learn new techniques in care that have been helpful to other caregivers. This support group offers a space to talk, share, brainstorm for solutions, and get the support you need. Let the dementia support group be a part of your dementia caregiver team.

Grief & Healing Support Group
Loss comes in many forms—whether it’s a loved one, a job, a friendship, a pet, or anything meaningful to you. This supportive group is designed to help you navigate grief, process emotions, and find understanding in a compassionate space. You don’t have to go through it alone—join us as we share, heal, and support one another.
