ARMCHAIR TRAVEL AT NIGHT ●
Travel the world from the comfort of your chair! Local travelers share experiences, photos, and so much more Enjoy light snacks and refreshments before the presentation.
Become more sure-footed and steady on your feet! We will work on posture, walking gait, alignment, strength, symmetry and visually grounding ourselves. Better balance reduces falls and injuries during daily living.

Every month learn a new dance step & try out your dance moves. Light refreshment and desserts will be provided.
Unlike the intense exhibition Rumba on “Dancing with the Stars,” Rumba for social dancers is relaxing and fun! With its “slow, quick, quick” cadence in 4/4 time, American Rumba provides a catalog of rhythmic movements adaptable to a wide range of popular songs.
And because it requires very little space, it’s ideal on a crowded dance floor.
We will learn basic steps and timing, and then add elements of style that will have you moving confidently at your next social event!
For your comfort and safety, please wear shoes that will slide comfortably on the floor.
