THE FCC FLAMINGOS ARE BACK FOR MORE FLOCKING Ready to land in a friend or foes yard, See below for details
*The collective noun to describe a gathering of flamingos is “flamboyance,” an appropriate term for these colorfully-feathered creatures. They flock together by the thousands on salt flats, lagoons, lakes, and swamps around the world, where they can filter-feed for shrimp, algae, and insects.

THE FCC FRIENDLY FLAMINGO FLOCKING FUNDRAISER
You have been ‘Flocked” as part of a fundraising event to benefit The Friendly Community Center. Creatively trying to raise money as a nonprofit and have some fun among neighbors. Please read the information pack located on the “You’ve Been Flocked” sign or refer to the information below.
WHAT TO DO WITH THE FLOCK:
A friend or foe has decided to “flock you”! You make the flock fly away by simply donating $10 or more to The FCC. Our flock managers will come and rehome our friendly flamingos to their new home or business of your choice. OR, if you can not donate at this time, call 570-481-4330- Leave a message saying: Please remove the flock with your name and address-. Our flock managers will come within 24-48 hours and rehome the flock.
DONATIONS may be made by: check, payable to The Friendly Community Center which can be picked up when the flock managers come to rehome or mail to PO BOX 604, Mountainhome PA 18342. Debit or Credit Card donations may be made via Pay Pal link Located at the top of this page
REHOMING– Please fill out the Rehoming Form attached to the “You’ve been Flocked” Sign as to where you would like the flock to land next!

FLOCK DETAILS: Our flamingos are native to Monroe County. Flock managers will try their best to rehome to locations in their native surroundings in a timely manner, but flamingos can be temperamental and may take a few days to arrive. We will be posting to Social media- if you are not comfortable with us using Social media please contact The FCC.
