YOGA TUESDAYS AT THE FCC & ONLINE 
Relax and stretch with common poses and breathing techniques in a calming atmosphere. Movements can be adapted with chair support secure with on the floor or chair supported movements. while increasing strength and flexibility. Bring a yoga mat.

Time: Tuesdays at 10:00 AM
Instructor: Ann Merli RMT, RYT, AYS, MT
Membership: FCC Annual $195 or Annual Monthly $20

Please register to attend via the Copilot computer at The FCC or by using Copilot Community online from home. If you are unable to use either, send an email to info@thefriendlycommunitycenter.org  please list all classes you wish to attend for the week or up to a month in advance. Please update your class registration if you are unable to attend a class, to accommodate other members who wish to attend.

Registration is required to ensure your space in class. You are still welcome to attend class if you have not registered, however, if the class is at capacity, non- registered members may not be able to attend that day.
