BARRE FITNESS CLASS★ JAN-FEB QUARTER IS BOOKED- Please send an email to be put on sub list or to attend for the second quarter ( Apr – June)
Tone, sculpt and strengthen your entire body with isometric movements and light weights during a low impact workout. Modifications can be made to accommodate your individual fitness needs. Barre is performed barefoot or with grip socks and a yoga mat.
Time: Tuesdays at 5:30 PM- *Due to limited class size, quarterly registration required.

Membership: Unlimited or Unlimited Quarterly
